1.We will develop excellent public servants who specialize in public policies and management for government departments. Through recurrent education, we aim to improve government competitiveness and public policy performance. 2.To improve the performance of parliamentary and legislative procedures, we will provide elected representatives in government departments with opportunities of learning local government operations and politics 3.To enhance the quality of military and police personnel, and to improve the analysis and decision-making abilities regarding the curious and changing situations across the strait, we provide military and police personnel with a learning opportunity. 4.We are the center of discussions across the strait, public policies across the strait, as well as the interaction between academic management and practical management. Also, we will encourage interdisciplinary learning and inter-industrial interaction to energize academic research, and we will facilitate knowledge accumulation and applications of public policies. |
